Flexible Hose Precautions for safe handling

• 

  Do not bend beyond minimum bending radius.
  Hose can be locally damaged and that could lead to the performance deterioration.

• 

  Do not bend around connection bracket.
  In case you bend around connection bracket, make sure that length as long as the hose OD is left straight.

• 

  Do not twist hose
  If you twist a hose, the hose can be locally damaged and that could lead to the performance deterioration.

Hose with blade

Please do not shrink hose with blade. Blade and hose are manufactured in close contact in order to receive bulge of hose by pressure. If you shrink the hose, blade loosens to separate from hose. This could cause breakage of hose when applying internal pressure.

Hose with blade

Please tighten up with the specified tightening torque. Because there is a possibility that malfunctions like below are caused, do not tighten up outside the scope of the specified tightening torque.

With not enough tightening torque.
It may not be possible to obtain sufficient sealing performance.
Bolt can come off due to vibration.

With excessive tightening torque
Gasket and O-ring can be damaged.
Bolt can tear apart.

Please use O-ring/Center Ring which is applicable to connection bracket. O-ring is not the attached part. If you need an attached part, please prepare by yourself or order with hose.
