The first system to be released is the HAWKAEYE L Series, the world’s first AI-equipped eyeglass lens inspection system.

Until now, visual inspection of transparent objects such as eyeglass lenses could not be automated due to the difficulty of photographing with a camera, and had to rely on human eyes. However, there are major problems in ensuring stable quality and production volume, such as variations in judgments due to the physical condition of inspectors and the inspection environment, and a decrease in the number of skilled inspectors.

As the first product of “HAWKAEYE”, Mirapro has realized automated visual inspection of eyeglass lenses with its own originally developed technology. In addition, it is equipped with other state-of-art technologies such as a remote operation monitoring system and image judgment AI that continues to learn and grow even after installation, providing strong support for improving inspection quality and ensuring productivity at eyeglass lens factories. ”
